{"id":11656,"date":"2025-05-02T19:07:58","date_gmt":"2025-05-02T22:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=11656"},"modified":"2025-05-04T19:19:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-04T22:19:13","slug":"el-iapv-y-sidecreer-firmaron-convenio-para-el-cobro-de-deudores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=11656","title":{"rendered":"El IAPV y Sidecreer firmaron convenio para el cobro de deudores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El Instituto Aut\u00e1rquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda (IAPV) rubric\u00f3 un convenio espec\u00edfico con el Sistema de Cr\u00e9dito de Entre R\u00edos Sociedad An\u00f3nima (Sidecreer) con el fin de tramitar administrativamente los montos pendientes de cobro que tienen los deudores morosos con el organismo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma tuvo lugar en la sede del IAPV y estuvo encabezada por su presidente, Manuel Sch\u00f6nhals, junto al vicepresidente, Luis Uriona, y el titular del directorio de Sidecreer, Mariano Reyno Buch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo se engloba en el convenio marco de colaboraci\u00f3n suscripto entre ambas entidades el 20 de marzo \u00faltimo. Mediante esta r\u00fabrica, el IAPV conviene con la tarjeta de Cr\u00e9dito de Entre R\u00edos la gesti\u00f3n administrativa de deudores de la repartici\u00f3n con el fin de tramitar administrativamente los montos pendientes de cobro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que el listado de deudores morosos del IAPV ser\u00e1 informado a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico institucional, que incluye los datos personales de identificaci\u00f3n y contacto de los deudores, monto de deuda y estado de la obligaci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, Sidecreer llevar\u00e1 a cabo las gestiones de contacto y notificaci\u00f3n a los deudores ofreciendo facilidades de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los fondos percibidos deber\u00e1n ser rendidos al IAPV mediante un informe de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas detallado que contenga la individualizaci\u00f3n de cada pago recibido y datos espec\u00edficos, as\u00ed como cualquier otra informaci\u00f3n que el Instituto requiera para su adecuada presentaci\u00f3n y control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito se obliga a efectuar un informe de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas trimestral respecto a las gestiones realizadas con los deudores morosos que no se adhieran al mecanismo de cancelaci\u00f3n de deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las partes se comprometen a mantener la confidencialidad de toda la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con los deudores y las gestiones realizadas en este proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Aut\u00e1rquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda (IAPV) rubric\u00f3 un convenio espec\u00edfico con el Sistema de Cr\u00e9dito de Entre R\u00edos&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":11657,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[69,349],"tags":[345],"class_list":["post-11656","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-politica","tag-destacar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
