En comunicaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal Dra. Maite Burruchaga<\/strong><\/em> tomamos conocimiento que el imputado que se encuentra detenido en la causa de \u00abactos de crueldad animal<\/strong>\u00bb prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n asistido por su defensor t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n\n\n

Asimismo la letrada detallo; \u00abel d\u00eda 28 de enero se procedi\u00f3 a recibirle declaraci\u00f3n de imputado a un masculino detenido el d\u00eda anterior, imputado por el delito de actos de crueldad animal (art. 3 inc. 7 de la Ley 14.346). Este delito tiene prevista una pena de 15 d\u00edas a 1 a\u00f1o\u00bb <\/em>y agreg\u00f3 que \u00abel mismo fue identificado gracias al gran trabajo realizado por el personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Investigaciones, quienes recabaron las video filmaciones de c\u00e1maras de seguridad de distintos domicilios; espec\u00edficamente, de 5 viviendas. Las filmaciones permiten el seguimiento del recorrido del veh\u00edculo y la determinaci\u00f3n de sus caracter\u00edsticas, lo que permiti\u00f3 que el personal policial identificara su patente y localizara tanto el autom\u00f3vil como su conductor. El informe cuenta con una extensi\u00f3n de 18 p\u00e1ginas\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para finalizar hizo referencia al allanamiento y secuestro del veh\u00edculo realizado el d\u00eda de ayer con el fin de peritarlo por la Divisi\u00f3n Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica y ampli\u00f3, \u00abel imputado fue detenido para recibirle declaraci\u00f3n, asistido por su defensor t\u00e9cnico. En su declaraci\u00f3n, reconoci\u00f3 que el autom\u00f3vil involucrado en el evento le pertenece, pero manifest\u00f3 no estar conduci\u00e9ndolo en el momento del hecho, argumentando que hab\u00eda prestado su veh\u00edculo a un amigo\u00bb<\/em>.
\u00abLa investigaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 para determinar al autor del hecho\u00bb puntualiz\u00f3 la letrada.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

El estado de Cloi, el can atropellado:
<\/strong>Luego de que socialmente por una filmaci\u00f3n de seguridad del s\u00e1bado 25 de enero se conociera el momento en el que Cloi fue arrollada por un autom\u00f3vil, r\u00e1pidamente tom\u00f3 estado p\u00fablico lo que caus\u00f3 un profundo malestar en la sociedad y la intervenci\u00f3n de la justicia y la ONG local abocada a la salud del can. Seg\u00fan el informe de Apa Los Amigos, \u00ablas radiograf\u00edas muestran que Cloi. por suerte solo hay una fractura peque\u00f1a que no requiere cirug\u00eda, sobre todo por su edad. Medicamentos y mucho reposo\u00bb<\/em> reza el posteo en la red social facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n
