Por su parte, la otra imputada, identificada como ZB, mediante acuerdo de partes, continuar\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria, por tener un menor a cargo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de la Justicia se enmarca en la investigaci\u00f3n por la muerte de la joven de 23 a\u00f1os, quien falleci\u00f3 por causas a\u00fan no esclarecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el momento Esteban Casta\u00f1eda, de 46 a\u00f1os, y Zaira B., de 25 a\u00f1os, son los \u00fanicos imputados por el delito de abuso sexual seguido de muerte. Ambos se encuentran detenidos con prisi\u00f3n preventiva, que ahora fue prorrogada, en la Unidad Penal 1 y la Unidad Penal 6, de Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liliana Zarzur, madre de Berenice, es la querellante patrocinada por el abogado Jos\u00e9 Ra\u00fal Vel\u00e1zquez y el medi\u00e1tico Fernando Burlando.
