{"id":10365,"date":"2024-04-03T23:01:10","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T02:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=10365"},"modified":"2024-04-03T23:01:10","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T02:01:10","slug":"el-senador-dal-molin-manifesto-su-preocupacion-por-la-reduccion-de-los-fondos-nacionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delexodo.com.ar\/?p=10365","title":{"rendered":"EL SENADOR DAL MOLIN MANIFEST\u00d3 SU PREOCUPACI\u00d3N POR LA REDUCCI\u00d3N DE LOS FONDOS NACIONALES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>\u201cDebemos colaborar con el gobierno provincial para reordenar cuentas p\u00fablicas y ajustes de gastos, y con igual \u00e9nfasis acompa\u00f1ar los reclamos ante el gobierno nacional por todos los recursos que a los entrerrianos nos corresponda\u201d, sostuvo el senador provincial, Rub\u00e9n Dal Molin.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador, reconoci\u00f3 que el gobierno de Entre R\u00edos est\u00e1 trabajando en el tema y que <em>\u201cel gasto pol\u00edtico fue la primera medida adoptada por Rogelio Frigerio\u201d<\/em>. En este sentido dijo que el Poder Legislativo entrerriano gast\u00f3 en febrero del 2024, la mitad de lo que se gast\u00f3 hace cinco meses -octubre del 2023-.<em> \u201cEsta comparaci\u00f3n es en t\u00e9rminos nominales, sin incluso, ajustar por los incrementos salariales que se dieron en estos meses. Tambi\u00e9n, achic\u00f3 a la mitad la cantidad funcionarios\u201d<\/em>, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal Molin dijo que<em> \u201creordenar es imprescindible, porque las medidas del gobierno nacional afectan las finanzas provinciales\u201d. <\/em>Basado en datos publicados por IARAF, el legislador indic\u00f3 que, en t\u00e9rminos de valores constantes en el acumulado del primer trimestre, Entre R\u00edos recibi\u00f3 80 mil millones de pesos menos que igual per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior. <em>\u201cEs una cifra enorme. Impacta de lleno en todo lo que el gobierno provincial pueda hacer\u201d<\/em>, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin hacer juicio de valor sobre las medidas, el legislador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta retracci\u00f3n obedece principalmente a tres aspectos:<br><strong>\u201ca)<\/strong> Sostener medidas de impuestos a las ganancias sin ninguna compensaci\u00f3n;<br><strong>b)<\/strong> Los DNU que establecen recortar todo aporte por leyes complementarias y compensaciones a saber: en educaci\u00f3n (FONID y Ley 26.075 -Art. 7); en transporte, en regal\u00edas por recursos hidroel\u00e9ctricos y los aportes comprometidos y presupuestados para cajas de jubilaciones provinciales no transferidas, entre otros; y<br><strong>c)<\/strong> cortar todo financiamiento de obras p\u00fablicas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese orden, dijo que <em>\u201ces m\u00e1s que preocupante la ca\u00edda de coparticipaci\u00f3n para las provincias\u201d<\/em>, agregando que <em>\u201cen marzo ingres\u00f3 por este concepto casi lo mismo que en febrero que fue de 102,5 millones de pesos, mientras que en marzo fue de 102,9 con una ca\u00edda real, seg\u00fan Instituto Argentino de An\u00e1lisis Fiscal (IARAF), del 27,7 % en t\u00e9rminos reales comparado con marzo 2023\u201d<\/em>. <strong><em>\u201cEs una retracci\u00f3n enorme que nos pega en la l\u00ednea de flotaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em><\/strong> remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DATOS ADJUNTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 75 % de los ingresos del sector p\u00fablico entrerriano corresponden a: transferencias autom\u00e1ticas -coparticipaci\u00f3n-, m\u00e1s leyes complementarias y compensaciones del gobierno nacional. Esta magnitud define la importancia en la composici\u00f3n del recurso en tesoro provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMPORTAMIENTO TRANSFERENCIAS NACIONALES en marzo 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 102.924 millones de pesos ingresaron en marzo \u2013 comparado con igual mes del a\u00f1o anterior. Un 185,5 % en t\u00e9rminos nominales, pero en t\u00e9rminos reales -ajustados por inflaci\u00f3n con una estimada del 13 % para marzo- la ca\u00edda fue de menos 27,7. (Fuente IARAF)<br>\u2022 39.418 millones de pesos menos solo en el mes de marzo 2024 -ajustados a precios constantes, y comparado con igual mes a\u00f1o anterior. (Fuente IARAF)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMPORTAMIENTO ACUMULADO del PRIMER TRIMESTRE 2024 (Enero, febrero y marzo)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 18,4 % menos en t\u00e9rminos reales, si comparamos el total de ingreso acumulado de los primeros 3 meses del a\u00f1o y lo comparamos con igual per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o 2023.<br>\u2022 80.290 millones de pesos es la cifra en menos recibida en el trimestre, si la comparamos con igual periodo del a\u00f1o anterior -Ajustado a precios constantes de marzo 2024.
