PRESENTARON DENUNCIA PENAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La ministra de Capital Humano, <strong>Sandra Pettovello<\/strong>; el director<br>ejecutivo de ANSES, <strong>Mariano De Los Heros<\/strong>, y el director de Naci\u00f3n<br>Seguros S.A., <strong>Alfonso Torres<\/strong>, presentaron una denuncia ante la Justicia<br>contra la anterior gesti\u00f3n por <em>la comisi\u00f3n de presuntos delitos como<br>fraude a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, abuso de autoridad, violaci\u00f3n de los<br>deberes de funcionario p\u00fablico, negociaciones incompatibles con el<br>ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, tr\u00e1fico de influencias y malversaci\u00f3n de<br>caudales p\u00fablicos, en el marco de la contrataci\u00f3n de los seguros de vida<br>para los Cr\u00e9ditos ANSES<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia est\u00e1 dirigida contra el exdirector general de<br>operaciones del Fondo de Garant\u00eda de Sustentabilidad (FGS), Federico<br>D\u2019Angelo Campos, hoy concejal de Uni\u00f3n por la Patria en el partido<br>bonaerense de Quilmes, quien por la designaci\u00f3n injustificada de<br>intermediarios de seguros, se abonaron comisiones en perjuicio del<br>erario p\u00fablico durante la presidencia de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pagos de comisiones y costos de intermediaci\u00f3n fueron<br>soportados por Naci\u00f3n Seguros S.A. Sin estos intermediarios, la<br>aseguradora estatal habr\u00eda dispuesto de esos fondos para mejorar su<br>perfil econ\u00f3mico financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n inicial la hizo la abogada Silvina Mart\u00ednez, quien<br>denunci\u00f3 penalmente al expresidente, Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, y al extitular<br>de Naci\u00f3n Seguros S.A., Alberto Pagliano.
