El Gobierno de Entre R\u00edos enviar\u00e1 esta semana a la Legislatura provincial el proyecto denominado \u201cLey de Transici\u00f3n de Gobierno\u201d, que busca prohibir las designaciones de planta permanente, las transferencias de dependencias y las recategorizaciones en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de gesti\u00f3n, tanto en el Poder Ejecutivo como en el Poder Legislativo provincial.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, se indic\u00f3 que \u201cen el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de la gesti\u00f3n anterior aumentaron las designaciones casi un 30%\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNos vamos a autolimitar la posibilidad de designar personal de planta permanente, reasignar cargos entre distintas dependencias o recategorizar empleados. No se puede seguir utilizando al Estado como una agencia de empleo<\/em>\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Frigerio al referirse a la iniciativa que enviar\u00e1 a la Legislatura provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan se anunci\u00f3 oficialmente, de acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por la Legislatura provincial, \u201cde las 71 designaciones que tuvieron lugar en la \u00faltima gesti\u00f3n en Diputados, 47 se efectuaron el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o; m\u00e1s del 66%\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se indic\u00f3 que \u201cen el caso del Senado, desde 2019 al 2021 no hubo designaciones, mientras que el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se design\u00f3 a 74 personas. Es decir, en la sumatoria de ambas c\u00e1maras, en apenas un a\u00f1o se aument\u00f3 en casi un 30% el personal designado en planta permanente\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobierno de Entre R\u00edos tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 que \u201cen l\u00ednea con las medidas tomadas por el Gobierno Nacional, el gobierno entrerriano presentar\u00e1 la semana pr\u00f3xima un decreto para dar de baja todas las designaciones irregulares, tanto en el poder Ejecutivo como en el Legislativo provinciales\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se enviar\u00e1 otro decreto para realizar una auditor\u00eda en los ministerios provinciales, con el objetivo de dar de baja las designaciones irregulares en todas las dependencias del Poder Ejecutivo de Entre R\u00edos ocurridas durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan se explic\u00f3 \u201cla Ley de Transici\u00f3n de Gobierno busca, en primer lugar, evitar abusos de los gobiernos salientes en el ejercicio de sus prerrogativas, especialmente aquellas de tipo presupuestario (como iniciar procesos de licitaciones y\/o contrataciones que excedan los compromisos establecidos en la Ley de Presupuesto vigente)\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPor otro lado, organiza y asegura que la informaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 disponible para el gobierno entrante para un conocimiento preciso del estado de situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, pol\u00edtica y social; al saliente, rendir cuentas de su gesti\u00f3n de lo realizado; y a la ciudadan\u00eda, acceder a la informaci\u00f3n sobre el estado de situaci\u00f3n del gobierno saliente\u201d<\/em>, explicaron desde el Ejecutivo entrerriano.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
